We are recruiting for warehouse operatives to join our fast-growing Lakeside team on a permanent basis. Training will be provided therefore, if you are looking for a new challenge in a fast paced environment we have the job for you!

HOURLY PAY: £10.10 (additional £1.50 FLT once training has been completed)
START DATE: 20th + 27th August


Permanent contract
39 hour contracts working 5 days with alternative weekends off with availability between 7am- 10pm.

FLT and Warehouse experience is desirable.

Full training on the department will be given.

FLT in house training will be provided.


This role is in our external warehouse.

As part of the logistics team in a store, you will have the customers at heart, you will be picking and preparing large volumes of orders for both online & in store collection or delivery.

This role is fast paced, manual lifting with a high volume of walking needed.

Your daily duties will be receiving stock, picking, checking order accuracy, and preparing orders for delivery.

You will also be required to meet the customer in the store during picking.

You will work with our internal systems to ensure that customers have accurate and full stock availability at all times.

We expect you to take responsibility to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your co-workers, and our customers.

We are looking for someone who has good IT skills & a customer service mindset.

You will have the ambition to grow within IKEA and to help develop others too.
