We are currently on the lookout for enthusiastic, driven Call Centre Agents to join our expanding business on a remote basis. We are looking for experienced Call Centre Agents who strive to deliver the best service possible to all our customers. The role will involve answering inbound calls from new customers who are looking to obtain a travel insurance policy, listening to and understanding their needs and tailoring a policy to suit as well as providing support to existing customers. You will deal with all calls in a timely and professional manner.
Communication is the key to our success. We pride ourselves in giving our customers world class customer service and our customers agree, we have over 180,000 reviews on Trustpilot, so we must be doing something right!
You’ll have experience working in a customer focused call centre, ideally within a sales or sales through service environment, be brilliant when it comes to building rapport with our customers, actively listening to their needs to ensure the customer is getting the best possible outcome whether that’s a new policy or a resolution to their query.
You’ll be someone who is constantly striving to improve the service you offer as our customers are at the heart of what we do, it’s really important to us that our customers are happy with their product and your outstanding service.
You will also have hands on experience of using Microsoft tools, including Outlook and Teams.

Our contracts would be offered on a full-time permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week across the opening hours of our business: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm.
